Frequently Asked Questions:
  • How do I place an order?

    Orders can be placed over the phone, through email or via fax. We can work with provided purchase orders or verbal orders in many cases.

  • What is required for artwork?

    We request that files be sent in a pdf file with at least a resolution of 300 dpi. We can help with typesetting, color separating and design work if original files are not available. For simple orders, we can work from an existing sample if electronic files are not available.

  • How do I make payment?

    Orders are not billed until complete. Our terms are net 30 and payment can be made by check or venmo (please contact us for venmo account details.) We do not currently accept credit cards.

  • How long does it take to complete and order?

    Orders usually take 3-10 business days to complete depending on the product and can be drop shipped to one or several locations.

  • What are your minimum quantities?

    Typically 250 but depending on the project can go down to 100.

  • Who do I speak to about my printing project?

    Call and ask for Matt McNulty or John Webb.

  • Will I get a proof for my project?

    Yes.  We provide proofs for ALL of our printing projects when requested.

  • What do we need in order to get you what you want?

    Generally we will need: Paper stock, Size, colors, coating?, quantity and turnaround time.
